Key Responsibilities
Serve as principal and confidential assistant to the Vice President of Finance and Administration.
Maintains the official files and records of the Finance and Administration Office. Perform
administrative support duties. Responsible for the coordination and development of
correspondence, presentations, agreements and contracts for review by the Vice President.
Coordinate meetings to include scheduling and developing agendas. Screen, record, and route
mail. Receive and deliver telephone messages and generally act independently providing
information and/or referrals. Provide support to the Vice President and team for policy
development documentation and dissemination of same.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and administrative
experience. Experience with ERP systems, spreadsheets and word-processing applications is
essential. Must have the ability to work under pressure and facilitate multiple detailed tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must exhibit professionalism, integrity and
confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. English grammar, spelling and
punctuation skills; office methods, procedures, and practices; ability to communicate orally and
in writing is required.
